Connected banking is not available for this account yet.

Review transaction

Save your accounting decision for the cutover. This does not change the register, a schedule, or your payoff plan.

Forecast alert settings

Saved to your private account. These alerts appear in Runway when you open or refresh the dashboard.

Negative projected balances always warn, even with a zero low-balance threshold. Unconfirmed income or bills are overdue only after their due date and grace period.

Categories and splits

Type a new category or choose a suggestion. Splits change reporting only. Editing a transaction’s date, description or amount later requires reviewing its categories again.

Correct register entry

Reconcile a statement

Use the closing balance printed on your statement. Select the register entries that appear on it. Outstanding entries carry forward to the next statement.

Entries on this statement

Cleared entries are initially selected. Uncheck any that are not on this statement. Review missing or incorrect transactions in the register before continuing.

Delete schedule?

Scheduled occurrence

Link schedule to Debt Planner

One automatic scheduled match per debt per month. Additional payments can be linked separately from the register. Supports monthly, yearly and one-time expenses. An exact amount, linked bank account, merchant text, and a date within 3 days in the same month must uniquely match. Pending transactions, amount changes and ambiguous matches stay in bank review. Saving links the schedule; it does not mark a payment paid or change the payoff budget.

Unlinking stops future automatic matches and keeps previously recorded payments. Editing a schedule pauses its rule until you approve it again.

Add schedule

Add transaction

Record income, an expense, or a transfer between your accounts. This records bookkeeping only; it does not move money.

Entries start uncleared. When the bank transaction arrives, match it to this entry instead of adding it again. Each side of a transfer can be matched separately. This is a standalone entry; existing schedules remain unchanged.

Undo latest change?

This restores the previous register and review records, including any affected scheduled occurrence or transfer. Undo is refused if newer changes affect those records.

Income Sources

Add your recurring deposits
Add each deposit and how often it recurs. The planner maps deposits onto a real calendar so it knows exactly when money arrives going forward.

Monthly Expenses

Add your recurring living costs
List your typical recurring expenses to see how much is realistically left for debt. This is a planning helper — Runway doesn't track your spending month to month.

Monthly Payment Budget

How much to put toward debts each month. Minimums are always covered first; anything extra accelerates payoff.
Using /mo from your Monthly Expenses list above. Edit it there.
Each month pays everything deposited that month minus expenses. Months with an extra paycheck automatically send more to debt.

Debts

Add every debt with its balance, APR, and minimum payment
Add every debt with its balance, APR, and minimum payment.
For % minimums, the "Min payment" field above is used as the dollar floor. Leave intro APR blank for normal debts.

Payoff Strategy

Pick how extra payments are prioritized.
Drag to set payoff priority (top = paid off first):

Extra / One-Off Payments

Drop a lump sum into a specific month — a tax refund, bonus, or windfall. It's applied on top of your normal budget that month.

Plan Timeline

Your month-by-month plan begins here. Change the start month to shift the whole timeline, or start fresh when a month is fully paid.
Start fresh here rolls each debt forward to its current remaining balance, clears past payment tracking, and restarts the plan at the month above — keeping your debts, income, and strategy. Use it after a month is done.
